1. Description of Service

Nekoji provides AI-powered specialist agents accessible via chat. Each agent is designed to assist with specific business functions. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By subscribing, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organisation to these terms.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@nekoji.ai.

4. Subscription & Billing

Plans are billed monthly as selected at checkout. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude applicable taxes. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full term. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Free Trial

The free trial period is 14 days from activation. Only one trial per customer. We reserve the right to limit or withdraw the trial offer at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Allow unauthorised third parties to access your account

7. Intellectual Property

Nekoji owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, AI models, branding, and content. You retain all rights to any data, content, or materials you input into the Service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not train our AI models using your data without your explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nekoji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
