Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains your rights and options regarding refunds for Nekoji subscriptions. It applies to all plans unless otherwise stated. This policy is part of and subject to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Free Trial
Nekoji offers a 14-day free trial for all plans. You may cancel at any time during the trial period with no charge. No payment information is required to start your trial.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable except as expressly stated below. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or credits are given for partial months.
3. Annual Subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of the initial charge date, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you will retain access until the end of the prepaid annual term.
4. Accidental or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or charge after cancellation), contact us at hello@nekoji.ai within 30 days and we will issue a full refund.
5. Plan Changes (Upgrades / Downgrades)
Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately. You will receive a prorated credit toward your new plan based on the remaining value of your current billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
6. Service Termination
If Nekoji terminates your access due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued for any prepaid fees.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@nekoji.ai with your registered email address and a brief reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.
