Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation at Any Time

You may cancel your Nekoji subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

2. How to Cancel

• Email hello@nekoji.ai from your registered email address with the subject line "Cancel Subscription".
• Include your account email for verification purposes.
• Our team will process your cancellation within 2 business days and send a confirmation.

3. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until that date. Annual plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your prepaid annual term. No prorated refunds are issued for annual cancellations (see our Refund Policy for exceptions).

4. Free Trial Cancellation

You may cancel your free trial at any time during the 14-day trial period at no cost. No payment will be collected.

5. Account Data After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, access to your Nekoji agents and account data will be revoked at the end of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days, your account and associated data may be permanently deleted.

6. Reactivation

If you cancel and later wish to reactivate your account, your agents and data will be restored provided you reactivate within 30 days of cancellation. After 30 days, your data may no longer be available.
