How it works: Start your trial with full PRO features. If you cancel before the 14 days end, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, billing begins automatically at the end of the trial period at the PRO plan rate.

2. Subscription Terms

By subscribing to Nekoji, you agree to the following terms:

  • Billing: Your chosen payment method will be charged RM80/month per agent on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, billing begins automatically at the end of the trial period.
  • Adding Agents: You may add additional agents at any time. Each additional agent is billed at the same rate of RM80/month. Charges are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Customer Consent & Authorization

By proceeding with your subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You authorize Nekoji (GOOD SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD.) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate of RM80/month per active agent.
  2. This authorization will remain in effect until you cancel your subscription.
  3. You acknowledge that subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy.
  4. You have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
  5. You consent to the storage of your payment method token for future recurring transactions.

5. Governing Law

This Subscription Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
